Managers are responsible and accountable for approving their teams use of gifts & hospitality to customers. Targeting this audience with the 10 points to remember before approving to spread awareness and reduce risk.
Learning Outcomes (what Learner is intended to be able to do after completing the course):
Learner will learn the 10 points to remember before approving gifts & hospitality to a customer and know of resources if there are questions.
Scope: Design a responsive HTML5 interaction that takes under 5 mins to complete distributed during Ethics Week in comms. It’s meant to reinforce the Gifts & Hospitality Job Aide by being interactive.
The Pitch: Instead of creating a course, I recommended this game to increase learner retention.
Design Process:
Meet with G&H stakeholders to map out their goals. Write questions. Arrange layout of words in crossword. Design all graphics. Build crossword in Articulate 360 using layers and variables. Test and launch.
