Report ethics concerns:
The two most common reasons people give for not reporting suspected misconduct are the belief that nothing will be done about the report and fear of retaliation. I was asked to create a logo that was used globally for print & screens. I wanted an metaphor that moved from an individual reporting that grew & it broke out into an investigation.
