Did you know there is a Hi in Ethics?

Interviews with many Ethics Investigators & surveys from Business Units showed that the Ethics & Compliance team was viewed more as ‘police‘ & less as a resource someone felt safe reporting a concern. Dell does not retaliate against reporters, but again the image of Ethics needed to convey accessible & safe.

To change the audiences fixed mindset into one of growth, I noticed there is a ‘hi‘ in ethics. Many ethics professionals hadn’t seen it in all the years they worked in it & response was positive. I designed our Hi Ethics logo & program.

Hi Ethics was used in the Leading with Integrity Program that was assigned to managers across the company. They were provided quarterly Hi Ethics Chat Packs on topics (Ethical Tone, Speaking Up, Organizational Pressure) that included scenario based discussions, videos & cartoons to workshop with their teams.
